Artists' coaching

A special focus of mine belongs to the creative process.  I have much enjoyed coaching artists of various kinds to explore more freely their craft, find the confidence to share it and experience fulfillment in their expressions.  While difficult life circumstances may have contributed to finding a creative outlet, healing old wounds the right way does not stop the flow of creativity.  On the contrary, a wider range and greater clarity is the expected result from emotional healing and support.

Spiritual/religious people's healing

We often find our path to a spiritual life after betrayal by people.  We find a more reliable source of comfort and protection in God or some Spirit greater than our human spirit. I believe we all have a Divine Self in us that is connected to this spirit.  However, we may have tried to push away and overpower our more vulnerable, pained and burdened sides, and may not always know how to connect those with the Divine.

I am successfully using the IFS model to help people who have experienced this to heal and gain a very personal, deeply felt understanding of feelings such as forgiveness, redemption and love.  In the process we will explore and support your own beliefs and strengthen those that work well for you.

Healers' healing

I call this Tuning Your Own Instrument.  I provide therapy for people in the healing professions.  Knowing your own sensitivities and triggers, and healing them on a very deep level, allows you to be more in tune with your clients?/patients? struggles and transformations.  This profession, despite the pain we witness, does not need to be burdensome, but invigorating and life affirming.  Colleagues have said about me, that my enthusiasm for this work is infectious.
